Samantha Reeve  is currently 15 years old. Her interests are;- Dog Showing, Grooming, Drama and Music, (now learning the electric Guitar) .

She started showing with a Border Terrier called Rosie, when she was 6 years old, she then moved onto Bernese Mountain Dogs, Newfoundlands, Schipperkes, and now Australian Shepherds.

 

She has shown Can Ch Touchstone Ironhorse (Turbo) for 18 months, and then handled Can. Ch Touchstome Dreams Come True (Houston) before passing the lead to her younger sister Nikki. Samantha has been handling Am.Ch Windfalls Katchmeifyoucan throughtout 2010, and will continue this through 2011.

Up to now, Samantha has won Best Junior Handler (6-11 years) at many Open Shows, and also been placed in breed classes taking Best of Breeds with Turbo.

Samantha handled him at NASA Open Show in 2007 where he won the Veteran Dog class, Best Veteran In Show and Reserve Best in Show. She has qualified with him for the Richmond Junior handling Semi-Finals 2007 and also 2008, as well as also gaining many placings in YKC. She also won the YKC class at Boston and District Championship Show in January 2008 and qualified for Crufts 2008. Samantha and Turbo competed in the YKC Pastoral (6-11 years) Finals at Crufts 2008 and had a well deserved 5th Place, which was fantastic. They went even better in 2009, actually winning the YKC Pastoral (12-16 years) Finals at Crufts. This was Sam's first time in the older age group, what an achievement !!
