I enjoyed judging the Australian Shepherd dogs, a very nice breed with lovely temperaments. There were quite a lot of absentees due to the dreadful weather and high winds but I still had many quality dos to go over.

It was a well run happy show, many thanks to all.

Best in Show went to Rogers, Richards, and Harlows Accra Have You Hear, smart well balanced dog, has good masculine head, high set ears, oval shaped eyes, strong jaw, excellent front and feet. Strong nicely arched neck, level topline and well prung ribs in good coat and condition, easy sound mover.

Res best dog was Gatenby and Greens, Armatan Adorez Mon Maitre, quality young dog of similar type. Nice shaped head and eye, well set ears, good neck and shoulders, super front and compact well arched toes, good outline and quaters, good coat, Sound active mover.

Best Bitch and Reserve Best in Show was Dennis's Cagasa Indi Anna at Ausden, Lovely headed bitch with parallel places, nice eye and firm lower jaw, nice reach of neck level back and deep chest, good turn of stifle went really well.

Best puppy went to Allen's Allmark COol as Ice, most promising baby with lovely quality head, well placed ears, nice sized oval eyes, nice straight front and well boned, good slightly arched neck, lovely top line and firm quaters, well presented moved true both ways.

Res Best Puppy went to the bitch Childs Allmark Tia Maria, another promising youngster with well shaped head, and eyes, good ear set, nice front and feet, good reach of neck and level topline, also in nice coat, sound and active mover, showed well for her age.

Best Veteran went to Denis's Mareith Dolyndens Best at Ausden, looking so well for his ten years nice head, front and feet, pleanty of body, moved like a two year old.

Other good winners were Haddocks Applethorn Cool as Ice, nice shaped head, excellent front and well padded feet, good topline and quaters sound mover.

Rogers Cagasa Ari Zona, well balanced dog, quality head, nice front, level back, good turn of stifle, moved well.

Taylors Shepalian Sweet Dreams, pleasing feminine head, good ear set lovely straight front, level topline, good quaters, coat not at its best, sound and lovely mover.

Good years, Cagasa Red Red Wine at Heibri, Lovely type with well shaped head and eye, good front feet and bone, good outline and bend of stifle, sound active mover.
