Post Graduate Dog

1st - Bleuroyal Déjà Vu (Imp Chi) 2 year old Blue Merle entire male, who really appealed to me. Good head with a keen and alert expression, well set and used ears and lovely reach of neck. Good depth of chest and he moved with excellent reach and drive from all directions and had a firm level top line Best Dog and BEST IN SHOW

2nd - Dreamlines Masterplan with Bramblebern (Imp Deu). 18 month Black Tri who still has some maturing to do and his chest still needs to deepen. Nice rich colour, lovely almond shaped eye and head coming on nicely. Level top line and moved well with good turn of stifle.

3rd - Ozways Moulnerouge at Frebobears

Limit Dog

1st - Bleuroyal Déjà Vu (Imp Chi)

2nd - Applerley's Armatan Thunderbolt with Nanaimo. 3 year old Red Tri with full dentition and scissor bite. Good expression, lovely free mover with good reach and extension and a well set tail.

3rd - Triforce The Dawntreader at Bramblebern



Open Dog

Very close between 1st and 2nd and they could swap places on a different day.

1st - Turnbull and Dowson's Ozzypool Jacob Black JW ShCM. 3 year old Black Tri with a masculine head and almond eye. Moved well with good drive and extension with a well set and carried tail. Good depth of chest and lovely reach of neck. Reserve Best Dog

2nd - Gatenby and Green's Armatan Fireblade (ai). 4 year Black Tri with a strong head and a moderate and well defined stop. He has well set and used ears and a good reach of neck fitting well into his shoulders. Unfortunately he was a little uncooperative for his young handler and was quite unsettled on the move. However the times he did settle he had lovely reach and drive.

3rd - Silverdream Aussies Marzipan ShCM



Veteran Dog

1st - Apperley's Javison Silver Ash at Nanaimo ShCM. 9½ year old Blue Merle and still in excellent condition. Well muscled and moved very well, with a good turn of stifle and well laid back shoulders. Lovely head and expression. BEST VETERAN IN SHOW



Puppy Bitch

1st - Jenkova Brite Like a Diamond. 11 month old Black Tri pretty bitch with a sweet expression. Head coming, excellent reach of neck and good length of loin. Well set tail with a moderately sloping croup. Good side and rear movement however front needs to tighten which should come with age. BEST PUPPY IN SHOW



Junior Bitch

1st - Silvarcea Too Hot to Tango. There is a lot to like about this young bitch. I have judged her before as a puppy and she is maturing well. Shown in excellent condition with a lovely feminine head with nothing over done. Well defined stop, lovely almond eye, with well set and used ears. Excellent reach of neck fitting smoothly in to well laid back shoulders. He movement was balanced with excellent reach and drive holding a firm and level top line. Moderately sloping croup with correct tail set. Good turn of stifle and well let down hocks. Best Bitch, Reserve Best in Show and Best Opposite Sex



Post Graduate Bitch

1st Tiforce Looking Glace at Jopium. 2 year old Blue Merle bitch with full dentition and scissor bite. Good head and expression well placed and used ears. Good reach of neck, fitting well into shoulders and a good depth of chest. Once settled, she moved well in all directions.

2nd - Thunderhill Everlasting Ticket for Gibbands (Imp Deu). Pretty bitch who is a little narrow in the head. Sweet expression and well set ears. Lovely balanced movement with good reach and drive with well let down hocks. A little narrow in front and chest needs to deepen but this should come with age.

3rd - Shepalian Mistee Dreams at Soullaria



Limit Bitch

1st - Trijem Apple of my Eye at Gibbands. Black tri bitch with a correct head and good expression, with a lovely almond eye. Excellent reach of neck fitting smoothly into well laid back shoulders. Straight front and good depth of chest. Well placed and carried tail, and excellent turn of stifle. Well muscled and moved with good reach and drive holding a firm and level top line. Reserve Best Bitch

2nd - Abodandy Niko Jackaroo Boo. Red Tri with a pretty head and expression. Nice depth of chest and moved well, just carrying a little excess weight. Well let down hocks and good turn of stifle.

Veteran Bitch

1st - Moortime Forest Fern CDex UDex WDex A 'Ex'. 11½ year old Black Tri who doesn't look her age. Lovely agile mover, with a pretty head and expression. Correct set ears, nice straight front and good reach of neck. Reserve Best Veteran In Show

2nd Javison Silverbelle. 9 year old Blue Merle bitch with a good head and expression. Enjoying her day out, she was well muscled and had a good turn of stifle. Moved steady, slightly short in neck and just carrying a little bit too much weight.



Junior Handling

Massive well done to both handlers both worked hard.

6-11 years - Samuel Green. He worked very hard with a difficult dog who didn't want to co-operate. Good showing of teeth and good shadowing when judge moved around the dog, however just needs to watch corners as they need to be a little sharper. When moving you need to keep an eye on the judge and watch their position, but well done.

12-16 years - Nikki Reeve. A calm attentive handler. Excellent straight lines and patterns and watched the judges position throughout ensuring the dog was correctly positioned before moving off. Best Junior Handler
