Results and Critique
Thank you very much for the invitation to judge this very well-organized show. I had a fantastic day. The atmosphere around the ring was very friendly and I felt very welcome. You found an absolutely first class steward. Having judged the breed in many countries in the world, I was happy to see that the tendency of ‘bigger, stronger and faster’ was not present. Remember it is a herding dog, not a race horse.
I had 2 males and 5 females of absolutely top class. They could change placings anytime. The quality in whole is very good and there are few details making the top standing out. Bitches, as often, were higher quality than males.
Any judge that get invited to judge this show, should consider themselves fortunate.

Minor Puppy Dog (2,1)
1) Silvarcrea Twister Very positive, strong young puppy enjoying his day out. Head in development. Full natural tail. Very strong bone. Good neck and strong topline. Well angulated back and forth. Really good movements for age. Best Puppy Dog and Reserve Best Puppy in Show
Puppy Dog (4-1)
1) Allmark The Sequel JW Attractive blue. Head of good shape, muzzle and scull. Nice body proportions. Balanced angulations. Good neck. Prefer a more natural grooming. Movements were good for age.
2) Allmark Willy Wonka With Jacanshe Still very young in his development but built on good lines. Head with good proportions. Good neck. Enough angulations back and forth. Good coat texture. Movements typical for age.

Junior Dog (2)
1) Jotars Lies and Deceit with Alfsden Nice head type. Very good body proportions. Good bone and ribcage. Good neck. Balanced angulations back and forth. Moved really well from the side with good reach and drive.
2) Moves Like Jagger Elvikam (Imp Pol) Upstanding dog that still needs some time to get all in place. Built on good lines and proportions. Good type of head. Very good bone and ribcage, Balanced angulations. Natural tail. Movements good for age.

1) Soloyal Valentino Lovely size and type. Head with good proportion, good scull. Very good body proportions. Very good neck and topline. Very good bone and ribcage. Good angulations back and forth. Very nice mover. Good reach and drive. Very nice coat texture.

1) Mistyholly Fire In The Sky Strong guy. Head in proportion with body. Excellent bone and ribcage. Good angulations back and forth. Very good neck. Moves well.
2) Mistyholly Blues Brother of Franmar On the smaller side, but very masculine and with substance. Good scull and muzzle, Enough neck. Good bone and ribcage. Big coat of good texture. Moved well with enough reach and drive.

1) Allmark Jo Malone Really nice type and size. A head with good scull and enough muzzle. Pretty eye. Built on very good proportions all in balance. Good neck and strong topline. Very good angulations back and forth. Very good bone and ribcage. Attractive coat. The best movements in the class with good reach and drive.
2) Lyveden Texas Ranger Full natural tail sometimes can fool the eye. This dog has excellent proportions and is very soundly constructed. Good neck. Very good bone and ribcage. Enough angulations back and forth. Moves well.

Lovely body proportions. Excellent neck and topline. Correctly constructed with good angulations back and forth. Very good bone and ribcage. Summer coat of good texture. 2) Versace Suave Des Chemins Cathares (Imp Fra) ShCM Really nice veteran. Very good head. Well-constructed but showing age in mouth and movements. If I could get around like he does at this age, I would be happy.

Nice way of getting back from lunch. Very promising class, and all but one with full natural tail…..

Very nice eye shape. Super body proportions, all in balance. Very good neck and a strong topline. Very good bone and ribcage. Good angulations back and forth. Super coat texture. Moved like an Aussie should. Efficient, effortless and just being there, nothing out of balance or proportions. Could not do anything than give her the top position. Enough angulations in front, good behind. Lovely, well presented coat of good texture. Moved with very good efficiency. Enough stability in front, very good behind. Was just a millimeter behind for the cards.
2) Ch Lyveden Texas Rose JW. Another feminine of lovely type and size. You do not even realize that she has a full natural tail. Very good headpiece. Nice eye shape. Well set and carried ears. Most beautiful lines and body proportions. Excellent neck. Very good bone. Good ribcage. Very good angulations back and forth. In summer coat but of very good texture. Light mover with good stability.

2) Lamintone Celestial Storm at Soullaria ShCM. Was 3rd in Limit Dog. Very masculine. Strong head. Good body proportions. Moving and standing on good legs. Excellent bone and ribcage. Balanced angulations back and forth. Full natural tail.

1) Lauren Bridges. Very promising young handler. Knows her stuff. She was probably a bit tense in this class, that started the day. She came back in the ring several times during the day and just got better each time. Keep up the good work!
Junior Handler 12-16 years (2)
Very high level of handling in this class

1) Paige Spencer. Did all the things I asked for. Corrected when I “interfered”. Very soft hands. Easy on the move. She won the class and Best Junior Handler as she, more than the others, did free stack her dog, making the most out of her dog that way.
2) Tamsin Blyton. Just millimeters behind the winner. Would leave my dogs in her hands anytime. Soft hands, really good on the move.
